Breakfast is served at the first floor restaurant, ayana. Fresh bread is baked with Yakushima water and locally grown yeast. Organic vegetables, seasonal fruits, Kagoshima black pork ham and sausages, and other locally picked fresh produce make the breakfast an authentic taste experience. Guests staying consecutive nights may request a Japanese-style meal made with Yakushima-grown red rice, black rice, and chicken raised in the fields of the Yudomari area.
